Fitore Pacolli, acting Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning, together with Ejup Maqedonci, acting Minister of Defense, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to deepen cooperation between institutions in the field of environmental protection.
According to Pacolli’s announcement, this agreement envisions the Kosovo Security Force being made available for state operations, providing personnel, heavy equipment, and logistical support to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment.

“Environmental protection is a national duty and requires joint efforts,” Pacolli stressed. She added that this partnership shows Kosovo’s institutions are moving in sync in the mission to protect shared spaces, raise the level of environmental safety, and give citizens a cleaner living environment.
