The Organization of War Veterans of the Kosovo Liberation Army (OVL-UÇK) has changed the time of the protest announced for today. The gathering is expected to begin at 09:00, when the Assembly session on changes to the Law on Specialist Chambers is also scheduled to begin.

Initially, the protest was scheduled to take place at 12:00, in front of the Kosovo Assembly building.
Meanwhile, the organizers of the protest under the slogan “Not in my name” have called on citizens to gather at Skanderbeg Square, starting at 08:00 in the morning.
Participants are calling on lawmakers to vote in favor of the proposed changes to the Law on Specialist Chambers.
The “Not in my name” protest initiative began following the September 16 verdict against four former KLA leaders.
Sunday’s protest marked the 19th gathering in this series.
