An altercation in Sarandë last night left three people with stab wounds. The incident occurred at around 9:55 p.m. inside a business near the city’s promenade, in neighborhood no. 1.

The injured are brothers Elidon Shukulli, 24, and Mario Shukulli, 20, as well as Andi Saliaj, 19.
Hospital sources said that 24-year-old Elidon Shukulli was transferred to Tirana to receive more specialized medical treatment.
The incident occurred at around 9:55 p.m. at a business in neighborhood no. 1 of Sarandë, near the entrance to the city’s promenade.
Following an investigation, police identified the people involved in the altercation. Kamelo Aliaj, 22, and one of the injured, Andi Saliaj, 19, were arrested. Meanwhile, Eduard Bajrami, 19, has been declared wanted.
According to police, they face charges of “intentional grievous bodily harm” and “disturbing public order and peace.”
Investigations are continuing to fully establish how the altercation unfolded and determine the responsibility of each person involved.
The three injured people were taken to the emergency department at Sarandë Hospital, where they are being treated by medical staff. Their identities have not been made public so far.
Police are investigating to determine the full circumstances and identify those involved in the altercation. Preliminary information suggests that the clash began over a minor dispute.
