During his visit to Israel, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Timcho Mucunski met with his Israeli counterpart, Foreign Minister Gideon Saar. The meeting confirmed the good bilateral relations and the shared desire to further strengthen them.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade announced that the meeting addressed opportunities to expand cooperation in all areas of mutual interest. Particular attention was paid to the economy, defense, cybersecurity, healthcare, agriculture and tourism.
According to Mucunski, the visit creates an opportunity for the good political relations between the two countries to translate into more concrete and dynamic cooperation.
Two bilateral documents were also signed during the visit: the Program for Cooperation in the fields of education, science, culture, youth and sports for the 2026-2029 period, and a Memorandum of Understanding on bilateral economic consultations between the foreign ministries of the two countries.
