The Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport has announced that a temporary restriction will be imposed today on the movement of freight transport vehicles with a total weight of more than 20 tonnes on the motorway, due to the expected high temperatures.

The measure will apply from 11:00 to 17:30, as temperatures are forecast to exceed 32 degrees Celsius.
On national, regional and connecting roads, these vehicles will be allowed to travel normally, without restrictions.
The restriction does not apply to vehicles belonging to law enforcement and public security agencies, emergency services or healthcare institutions.
The ministry has asked economic operators and drivers to comply with the measure and organise their travel according to the specified timetable.
