Mother and her autistic son become the face of protest in front of Parliament, activist’s touching message: For you, whom the healthcare system left behind

File Bulku, together with her son who is on the autism spectrum, took the role of the central figure during Thursday’s rally in front of the Parliament building.

Activist Redjan Shkëmbi shared on social media platforms the footage showing the mother with her son, emphasizing that citizens are taking to the streets to defend everyone who has been abandoned by state mechanisms.

In his message, Shkëmbi said that hope is not lost and that their commitment is dedicated to File and her little son, whom the medical structures have never treated with dignity.

He added that the efforts to restore the dignity of citizens will continue without retreating until the end.
