In an unexpected announcement to the public, lawyer Taulant Hodaj said he will pursue legal action against members of the Kosovo Assembly.
He said he will take this action against each deputy who fails to appear at the voting session for the new head of state, linking their absence to serious financial consequences.

Hodaj stressed that because of this behavior, the state risks losing around 100 million, and citizens, according to him, should be compensated for the damage being caused to them.
The lawyer made it known that this concerns precisely a civil lawsuit.
