LVV leader Albin Kurti has once again requested additional time for political negotiations, without proposing a candidate for speaker of the Assembly.

Kurti said that, as the representative of the winning political entity, he had continued meetings and communication with the other parties, but that a political agreement had still not been reached.
“Therefore, in order to avoid elections, I ask you for additional time,” he said.
Following the request, tensions arose in the Assembly, and the session was suspended.
