Police have issued an official statement following the serious incident that took place a few minutes earlier in Kurbin. Ilir Lika, 40, died after being wounded by gunfire.
Through an official announcement, police said that Lika died while being transported to the Trauma Hospital. Police services, immediately after receiving the report, went to the scene and are continuing intensive checks in the area to locate and capture the perpetrators.

At around 22:10, in the town of Kurbin, citizen I.Gj, alias I. L., alias I.K, alias I. N, around 40 years old, was shot with a firearm. He was urgently transported to the Trauma Hospital, but died during transport.
Police services, immediately after receiving the report, went to the scene and are continuing intensive checks in the area to locate and capture the perpetrator/perpetrators.
Meanwhile, a special investigative team has been set up, which, under the direction of the Prosecution, is working intensively to secure every piece of evidence that will serve the investigation, with the aim of fully clarifying and legally documenting the incident, as well as identifying and capturing the perpetrator/perpetrators.
