Although the crews had begun laying the asphalt, the owner did not move the car. As a result, the workers were forced to pave the road around the vehicle, leaving the area beneath it without asphalt.
Photos and footage of the incident were widely shared on social media, while citizens expressed their surprise that the car was still in the middle of the road during the work.
