The Institute of Geosciences reports that moderate to locally heavy rainfall is expected this afternoon and tomorrow in the counties of Shkodër and Lezhë, while moderate rainfall is expected in the counties of Durrës and Vlorë.

Light to locally moderate rainfall is expected in the counties of Kukës, Dibër, Tirana and Elbasan. Light rainfall is expected in the other counties, as shown in the table for each county, respectively. In most counties, the rainfall is expected to come in the form of thunderstorms.
This afternoon, thunderstorms and the high intensity of the rainfall may cause various problems, such as landslides and flooding in urban areas, depending on the drainage systems in the counties of Shkodër, Lezhë and Vlorë.
As for temperatures, tomorrow’s minimum and maximum air temperatures are expected to reach 18 / 23°C along the coast, 17 / 24°C in low-lying areas and 11 / 21°C in mountainous areas.
The Institute of Geosciences also reports that the wind is expected to be light to moderate this afternoon and tomorrow, while along the coast it may be strong. Regarding fires, there is no risk today or tomorrow in any of the counties.
