The identities of the three people wounded in a shooting on Monday evening in the “Vullnetari” neighborhood of Elbasan have been revealed.

The injured men are Armand Tomorrica, 32, Renaldo Mance, 31, and Bjorgi Hoxha, 19, who, according to police, are in stable condition and out of danger.
According to preliminary investigations, an as-yet unidentified person opened fire on them with a handgun while they were on the terrace of a bar.
The gunman fled the scene, discarding the firearm as he escaped. Police have cordoned off the area and are continuing searches to apprehend him, while the investigative team is working to fully establish the circumstances of the shooting.
