Prime Minister Edi Rama, during a meeting held yesterday in Pogradec, said that the creation of the unified “Pasqyrë Albania” platform had also been discussed. According to him, this space will include all institutions and enable citizens to monitor in real time the progress of every request, concern or problem they submit.

Rama stressed that the aim is for every communication between citizens and institutions to function like a postal shipment, whose status can be checked by the sender.
Meanwhile, the state, the government and institutions will be held accountable for handling them, while any missed deadline will be carefully verified.
Top Channel journalist Muhamed Veliu has obtained the first details on how “Pasqyrë Albania” will be organised. The platform will be a modernised version of “Bashkëqeverisja” and will have two sections.
The first section will be called “Flamingo Mirror” and will serve to receive sensitive reports, as well as citizens’ day-to-day concerns.
The second section, called “Radar”, will collect all complaints. They will be tracked within 48 hours and must then be resolved within a period of up to two weeks.
Sources from the Socialist Party said that “Mirror Albania” is intended to strengthen citizens’ trust in state institutions, with resolving problems as its main objective.
The effectiveness of this new initiative by Edi Rama is expected to be tested in the 2027 local elections.
