Hamza announced that PDK lawmakers would vote for the party’s candidate for deputy speaker of the Assembly, Vlora Çitaku, in order for the country’s institutions to be constituted.
He stressed that the PDK’s actions are also linked to September 16, the date when the final verdict is expected in The Hague for the former KLA leaders. According to Hamza, this date is vital for the PDK and Kosovo, while the party is expecting an acquittal.
