The indictment of the Basic Prosecution of Peja has brought four individuals to justice, identified by the initials T.B., A.J., A.K., and V.D. They face charges for the criminal offenses of “Robbery,” “Grand Theft,” and “Aiding in the commission of the criminal offense of Robbery.”
The prosecution file describes that on January 28, 2026, T.B. and A.J. had used the threat of a dangerous weapon to take 1,040 euros from a money transfer counter in the city of Peja.

Likewise, T.B. and A.K. are implicated in another incident that occurred on December 21, 2025, when they allegedly robbed the amount of 620 euros from a pharmacy.
Investigations have revealed that the same T.B. also committed the offense of grand theft, attempting to forcibly break into a pharmacy. Later, he allegedly stole money and a mobile phone from another establishment, leaving behind material damage as well.
As for the defendant V.D., the prosecution alleges that he offered assistance to the perpetrators of the January 28 robbery, promising them shelter after the crime and transporting them in his car.
At the conclusion of the investigation, the prosecution has recommended to the Basic Court in Peja that the defendants be found guilty and receive the deserved punishments according to the law in force.
