Moderator and influencer Fjoralba Ponari has reacted on social media to the allegations against former Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku, as well as to the new fiscal package proposed by Edi Rama’s government.
In a video message, she focused on the figure of 1 billion euros, mentioned in connection with allegations of tender abuses involving Balluku. To illustrate the scale of this amount, Ponari calculated how it could be spent.

Referring to Lala’s statement about the former No. 2 in the government, who is accused of tender abuses worth up to 1 billion euros, Ponari stressed that the figure is a one followed by nine zeros. According to her calculation, a person would need 55 years to spend this amount if they used 50,000 euros every day, did nothing else and did not add even a single cent to their wealth. She emphasized that throughout all 55 years, daily spending would have to be 50,000 euros, ending her reaction with the expression: “Oh, come on…”
Ponari also criticized the government’s new fiscal package, opposing any measure that would increase the tax burden on citizens.
She accompanied her stance with the accusation that proposals for additional taxes are being made “with the utmost shamelessness.”
The changes envisaged in the fiscal package also include taxing influencers, a category that could be affected by the new measures.
The initiative has sparked reactions on social media, while some critics connect it to the tense political climate and protests against the government.
