This morning, a fire was reported at the Gjirokastra Bazaar, near Albanian Post, which engulfed the building’s facade, specifically in the area where the advertising signs are located.
The danger was not only to the Albanian Post building, but also to the homes located in the same structure.

As soon as the alarm was raised, firefighters immediately headed to the scene and managed to intervene in time, isolating and fully extinguishing the fire.
As a result of the quick response, the flames were neutralized without causing any further material damage and without any consequences for the residents or the building.
