On the morning of this Monday, July 13, 2026, a fatal road accident occurred on the Lushnje–Rrogozhinë road.
The victim is Bajame Ramazani, around 75 years old. According to preliminary information, the elderly woman was attempting to cross the highway median on foot to reach the other side of the road, when she was struck by a Kia off-road vehicle.

The Lushnje–Rrogozhinë road is one of the segments where such accidents are frequently recorded. Although pedestrian overpasses have been built at the entrances to villages, many residents choose to cross the highway illegally, risking their lives.
