In the early hours of Monday morning, an explosion shook the area around a federal complex in Manhattan, prompting police and firefighters to mobilize immediately.
The blast occurred right in front of 26 Federal Plaza, which houses a number of federal agencies such as the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
