“Given that a very serious incident happened yesterday involving Erjon Vishkulli, a 28-year-old and one of the most serious cases, I wanted to inform the public who are following us. A friend of mine wrote to me this morning about the case, because everyone is interested in what happened to him. The person we spoke to said about Erjon: ‘His eye has been saved; he needs to have another operation. He will leave for Rome tomorrow morning. May God save him.’ That is the message I received on my phone,” the journalist said.

Meanwhile, the injury to the 28-year-old is being investigated by the Tirana Prosecutor’s Office and the Police Oversight Agency, which are working to establish the circumstances and identify the person responsible.
