The Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, has decided to relieve two deputy mayors, Vasilika Vjero and Ilir Mëngra, of their duties and appoint Etleva Bisha as deputy mayor of the municipality.
Etleva Bisha takes on the role with a prominent political and professional profile. One of the founders of FRESH, with a long-standing commitment to the Socialist Party, she was involved in reforming social services while Erion Veliaj was serving as minister.
