A serious incident caused خوف on an Air Canada plane after one of the pilots suffered an epileptic seizure while the flight was underway.
The incident involved flight AC7664, which had taken off from Newark, New Jersey, and was traveling to Nova Scotia in Canada. U.S. media report that the situation was calm until the moment the plane began making unusual movements, alarming passengers and crew members.

One traveler told ABC News that he noticed flight attendants rushing toward the cockpit. Moments later, they brought out one of the pilots, who was suffering an epileptic seizure.
According to the same witness, four passengers joined the crew to help keep the pilot under control, as he was in serious condition. “For about 40 minutes we tried to hold him and calm him down. It was a really frightening situation,” he said, adding that seat belts were also used to restrain his arms and legs.
At the same time, the first officer immediately took control of the plane and requested an emergency landing at Boston International Airport. The landing was carried out safely, and all 61 passengers on board disembarked without injury.
Reports indicate that the pilot who suffered the seizure remained unconscious for most of the incident and only began to recover after the plane touched down.
Another passenger also described the tense atmosphere on board, saying the incident caused major panic among the travelers. According to him, his children began praying during the flight, while he said he was grateful that everything ended without tragic consequences.
After the landing, emergency crews transported the pilot to Massachusetts General Hospital, where he is receiving the necessary medical treatment.
