The Basic Court in Pristina has ordered one month of pretrial detention for Ekrem Selimi and Fatlum Zogaj, who had been detained.

The decision is related to the tensions and clashes reported during the October 5 protest.
Ekrem Selimi, a member of the presidency of the OVL-UÇK, was detained after the protest. Meanwhile, Fatlum Zogaj is suspected of the criminal offense of “Assault on an official,” in connection with the incident involving MP Fahrush Rexhepi.
According to the court decision, both suspects will remain in pretrial detention for one month.
