During yesterday’s protest, citizens gathered in Skanderbeg Square and began marching toward the Prime Minister’s Office, where they remained to continue the rally against the government.
The focus of today’s protest is also expected to include the latest developments affecting Albanians abroad. A serious incident was reported a day earlier in Nikšić, Montenegro, where Albanian citizens who had traveled from various countries around the world to join the protest were stopped by Montenegrin authorities and were not allowed to continue their journey.
Protesters have announced that they will continue their resistance, while the 105th protest is once again expected to take place in front of the Prime Minister’s Office at 19:30.
Today’s rally is also seen as another attempt to unite citizens inside the country with the diaspora in a joint action against the Rama government.
