Dashnor Sula in Fier: Food safety remains the top priority, controls on milk and dairy products must be strengthened

Before the start of the next training session with the heads and inspectors of inspection institutions in Fier County, Inspector General Dashnor Sula also spoke to the media as part of coordinating measures and setting inspection priorities during the tourist season.

He stressed that food safety continues to be one of the most important issues in the work of the inspectorates, especially during this period when the number of tourists in the country is increasing.

Sula called for greater attention to be paid to milk processing facilities, so that products meet the required safety and quality standards.

At the same time, inspections will also extend to polluting oil entities, as well as the use of pesticides in agricultural products.

Chief Inspector Sula also spoke about the process of restructuring the inspectorates, under which some of them are expected to be merged into a single structure.
