Over the past 24 hours, 25 wildfires have been recorded across the country. According to the Crisis Management Center, four remain active, three have been brought under control, while 18 have been extinguished.

One of the active fires is near the villages of Morane, Vrtekica and Ramni Gaber in the Municipality of Studeničani, where the flames have engulfed mixed forest. Another fire is burning near Vidush, Dragov Dol and Lokvica in the Municipality of Makedonski Brod, where low vegetation, young forest and shrubs have burned.
The Crisis Management Center said another active fire had been recorded in the municipalities of Veles and Zelenikovo, in the area of the village of Slp, from where it is spreading toward the villages of Karabunjiste, Dobrino and Tisovica. The fourth fire is affecting the municipalities of Jegunovce and Saraj, near the villages of Kopance and Tudence, and is spreading toward Bojana.
The fires near the villages of Aldanci, Norovo, Borino and Zhitoshe in the Municipality of Krushevo, as well as the fire at the Kratovo landfill, are under control, the Crisis Management Center said.
