A total of 31 fires in open areas were recorded across the country over the past 24 hours. Of these, 25 have been extinguished, four are under control and two remain active.

One of the active fires was recorded in the Municipality of Makedonski Brod, near the village of Belicë and the Kajorec locality, where the flames have engulfed a mixed forest with low-growing vegetation. The other fire is in the Municipality of Çuçer-Sandevë, near the village of Brest and the Ramno locality, where a mixed forest is burning.
According to the Crisis Management Center, fires near the village of Bence in the Municipality of Makedonski Brod, near the village of Taymishte in Kërçovë, at the municipal landfill in Dellçevë, and near the village of Kopanicë in the Municipality of Saraj have been brought under control.
