Three people were injured during a conflict that took place at around 12:30 a.m. in the city of Tepelena. According to police, those injured were A. B., 39, and E. B., 41, who are brothers, as well as M. B., 46, their cousin. All three are residents of Tepelena.

The incident is suspected to have started over trivial motives before escalating into the use of blunt objects. The injured individuals were transported to hospital and are out of danger.
Police have begun work to identify and apprehend the people involved in the conflict.
The official statement said the investigative team was continuing its work to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident, identify the other people involved and bring the perpetrators to criminal justice.
“At around 12:30 a.m. in the city of Tepelena, it is suspected that, during a conflict over trivial motives between several people, citizens A. B., 39, E. B., 41, (brothers), and M. B., 46, (the cousin of the other two citizens), all residents of Tepelena, were injured as a result of being struck with blunt objects. The injured individuals are in hospital and out of danger,” the police statement said.
Police said that, after the procedural actions are completed, they will provide more detailed information about the case.
