During the day today, as of 7:00 p.m., 10 outdoor fires were reported across Macedonia. Seven have been contained and fully extinguished, while three remain active.

According to the Crisis Management Center (CMC), one of the fires continues to burn in the Municipality of Želino, near the village of Gorna Lešnica, where the flames have engulfed dry grass and mixed forest.
Another fire has broken out in the Municipality of Valandovo, near the village of Udovo, along the Vardar River. Low-lying vegetation is burning in the area.
The third active fire is in the Municipality of Dolneni, between the villages of Crnilište and Strovija, where dry grass and waste have caught fire.
The CMC said the other fires reported during the day had been successfully extinguished. Firefighting operations took place in the municipalities of Dolneni, Kavadarci, Kičevo, Delčevo and Želino, as well as at two locations in the Gostivar region.
