The Central Election Commission (CEC) announced that it has allocated 10 percent of the funds from the Fund for the Support of Political Entities in the Assembly for the period from September 13 to December 31.

Under this allocation, a total of €144,000 has been earmarked for MPs in the newly constituted Assembly.
The CEC explained that the funds are provided “to finance the activities and work of each MP.”
In a separate decision, the Commission suspended the Ashkali Party for Integration (PAI) because it failed to hold its electoral assembly within the prescribed deadline.
“The CEC has also suspended the political party Ashkali Party for Integration (PAI), as it did not hold its electoral assembly within the prescribed deadlines. PAI, registered on November 5, 2010, was required to hold its next assembly by September 11, 2026, and was notified of this several times by the Office,” the CEC announcement said.
Under the decision, PAI has been granted an additional 45 days to organize its convention, namely its electoral assembly.
If it fails to fulfill this obligation within the specified period, the party will be removed from the register of political parties in Kosovo.
