Belinda Balluku appears at SPAK to be informed of extension of investigation, her lawyer arrived earlier

Former Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku appeared at the Special Prosecution Office (SPAK) after being summoned to be informed of the extension of the investigation. Her lawyer, Ardian Kalia, had arrived at SPAK before her.

SPAK announced the extension of the deadline for the investigation into Balluku.

The investigation was extended by 3 months by the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime (GJKKO), while SPAK had charged Balluku only in connection with the Llogara Tunnel and Lot 4 of the Ring Road cases.
