According to him, the main current traffic concern is related to the bypass at Dollc Bridge, which was created due to blasting work on that part of the road.
Basha said he spoke with the engineers of the economic operator at the site and that, based on their assessments, this junction will be cleared within seven days. This is expected to allow traffic to return to the existing road.
During the visit, the acting minister said that the technical difficulties accompanying the implementation of the project were also addressed, and that the works were requested to proceed at a faster pace.
He stressed that work on the Kijeva-Zahaq road section will gain greater intensity and momentum.
In conclusion, Basha apologised to citizens for the disruptions and traffic delays, stating that institutions and operators are cooperating on the ground to resolve the problems as quickly as possible and complete this important road.
