Head of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, during Thursday’s plenary session, called for changes to the draft law, proposing the suspension of construction works during the tourist season.
He argued that this measure would improve the experience of holidaymakers and ensure a higher standard of the country’s tourist offer.

“In many tourist areas, I have witnessed construction processes continuing next to hotels, making it impossible for vacationers to rest. For this reason, we have proposed in this draft law that construction works be suspended during the tourist season, guaranteeing a higher quality of the tourist offer in our country,” Balla stated, among other things.
