Democratic League of Kosovo MP Hykmete Bajrami has criticized Infrastructure Minister Dimal Basha over projects that remain unfinished.
She reminded Basha that he had not inherited the ministry from the LDK, the PDK or the Alliance, but from an LVV minister.

Bajrami said she now understands why the roads and projects that have been started remain unfinished. According to her, 80 million euros have been spent, and it is claimed that 82% of the work has been completed, while the minister has said he will hire international companies to inspect the quality and quantity of the work carried out.
“You are seeking to contract companies to assess the quantity and quality of the work, as well as to draw up plans for the remaining part. These are steps that should be taken at the beginning of a project, Minister. You have paid 82 million euros and now want to inspect the quality. In my view, this is a failure, and we are demanding accountability,” Bajrami said.
She added that Basha had not inherited the ministry from the LDK, the PDK or the Alliance, but from an LVV minister, stressing that their government had been in power for six years. In conclusion, Bajrami said the best solution would be to open international tenders and bring in a government that would complete the projects.
