Audi A4 suspected of being used by Viktor Bardhi’s killers found burned out (PHOTOS+VIDEO)

This is the burned-out car believed to have been used by the perpetrators in the killing of Viktor Bardhi today, September 3. The burned-out vehicle is an Audi A4.

According to reports, today’s victim, Viktor Bardhi, is the brother of Martin Bardhi, who was killed in a high-profile assassination in Rrëshen in September 2023.

Police are at the scene and have launched an investigation to establish the circumstances, while checkpoints have been set up and efforts are underway to identify and apprehend the perpetrators, Elidon Ndreka reports.

Today’s killing has once again drawn attention to the history of bloody clashes that have rocked Mirditë for years, while investigators are also expected to determine whether there is any link between today’s incident and the assassination of Martin Bardhi.

Police provided further information about the serious incident.

At around 09:00, in the village of Ndërfushas, citizen V. B., approximately 65 years old, was found dead in his vehicle. He is suspected of having been shot and killed.

The investigative team is at the scene and, under the direction of the Prosecutor’s Office, is continuing its work to clarify and document the circumstances of the incident.
