LDK MP Arben Gashi has reacted to the latest political developments in the country, stressing that the decision now rests with the Constitutional Court.

According to him, since 5 August, the winner of the election has faced the exceeding of a deadline set by the Constitution.
“AS OF THIS MORNING, THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT HAS THE FLOOR. Since 5 August, the winner of the election has faced an exceeded constitutional deadline. This is no longer a matter of political rhetoric, but a matter of enforcing the Constitution. Now let the Court speak. After the decision, the way forward and the political responsibility of each party will become clear,” Gashi declared.
Opposition members say that the Assembly of Kosovo cannot be considered constituted without the deputy speaker from the PDK and, consequently, that the government is not legitimate either.
