The Court of Appeal in Skopje has upheld the life sentences for Ljupco Palevski-Palco, Velibor Manev, Bore Videvski and Vlatko Keshishev, who were found guilty of the kidnapping and murder of Vanja Gjorchevska from Skopje and Panche Zhezhovski from Veles.
Meanwhile, this court has annulled the ruling acquitting Aleksandar Gjorchevski, the father of the murdered Vanja Gjorchevska.

His case has been sent back for retrial in the Basic Criminal Court.
Gjorchevski was accused of helping the perpetrators by passing on information about when his daughter went to school. He has repeatedly rejected these allegations during the trial, while the first-instance court had acquitted him of any wrongdoing.
