Anton Quni calls for unity in the LDK and sends a message to Lumir, Gazi and Imri

Anton Quni has called on the LDK’s structures to preserve unity following the latest developments in the party.

In his reaction, he expressed support for close cooperation among Lumir, Gazi, Imri, as well as every colleague and activist who, as he said, has the LDK’s journey at heart.

“Our political home has always been, and remains, a pillar of state-building and democracy in Kosovo. Our strength does not stem from the absence of debates or differing opinions, but from the extraordinary ability to overcome them with maturity and mutual respect.

Today, more than ever, we need complete unity. We need to become the best example of how every dissatisfaction, every difference and every challenge is resolved within our family – within the great house of the LDK. The place of unity is our common table of discussion and understanding, where the interests of our home always stand above every other interest.

I am fully in favor of close cooperation among Lumir, Gazi, Imri and every colleague and activist whose heart beats for our journey.

It is time to move closer to one another, not farther apart. Each of us has an extraordinary contribution and an inviolable place in this structure, therefore no difference must be greater than our common goal.

I invite all of you to work with me for reconciliation, setting aside everything that divides us; for unity, by rallying around our shared values; and for wisdom, by demonstrating the political maturity that has always characterized the LDK.

Only united, with wisdom and trust in one another, can we be the guide and the force our country needs,” Quni wrote in his reaction.
