The protest by citizens and activists continued on Monday, marking its 128th day. The gathering took place near the Parliament building, while a plenary session was being held inside.

The protesters initially gathered in Skënderbej Square, where they repeated slogans such as “Your end has come,” “A new Albania,” “Rama resigns” and “Rama in prison, Berisha in prison.”
The crowd then marched toward Dëshmorët e Kombit Boulevard and stopped in front of the Prime Minister’s Office. There, the protesters continued chanting against the government, and speeches were also delivered.
The protest’s main demand remains the removal of Prime Minister Edi Rama from office and the resignation of the current government. After the speeches, protesters are expected to continue marching through the streets of Tirana.
