Minister of Digital Transformation Stefan Andonovski has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Emirates Investment Group to establish a framework for cooperation aimed at the international positioning of the proposed Digital Innovation Center initiative.
On behalf of Emirates Investment Group, the document was signed by Dr. Hamad Al Shamsi, who is chairman of the group’s board.

According to the objective set out in the memorandum, the parties will cooperate on drafting strategic and investment presentation materials, providing advisory support, aligning with UAE best practices and international standards, as well as supporting the process of attracting international investors, strategic partners and technology operators.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation said that through such activities it is continuing its commitment to creating new opportunities aimed at increasing the country’s international visibility in the sectors of digital investment, innovation and advanced technologies.
According to the Ministry, this cooperation marks an important step toward strengthening the digital ecosystem, creating conditions for new partnerships and supporting initiatives that could influence economic development and a more favorable positioning of the state in global technology trends.
