Employment, education and business development will be the main pillars of the program. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about potential job offers, apply for jobs, contact employers and find out about further education pathways, scholarships and professional training.
The event is aimed at a broad audience, from young people planning their next steps in education and employment to experienced professionals seeking career advancement and entrepreneurs looking to expand their activities.
The summit was conceived by journalist Merjeme Tota, founder and director of Narrativa Shqiptare Ltd, in cooperation with Albanian journalist and co-organizer Beklie Koltraka.
The initiative is based on experience in journalism and communication, with the aim of expanding the role of community media beyond reporting events, helping people discover useful resources and opportunities for development.
The program will include professionals from the fields of media, marketing, business and education. The event’s official moderator will be journalist Isida Muço, who has more than 15 years of experience in Albanian media.
Isa Krasniqi, a tourism and entrepreneurship professional, will be a speaker at Albanian Career & Business Summit UK 2026.
With his experience in tourism and international business relations, Krasniqi will bring his perspective on the development of Albanian entrepreneurship, the creation of strategic partnerships and new opportunities for international cooperation.
His participation aims to contribute to discussions on the potential of tourism as an important sector for economic development and the role of the diaspora in strengthening business ties between the United Kingdom, Albania and international markets.
Another announced speaker at the summit is Daniel Nikolla, MCIM CMktr, a British-Albanian entrepreneur, certified marketer and founder of Merx Marketing Ltd, a UK-based marketing consultancy.
Juliana Shalla, representative of JEI Education & Work Services, will join Albanian Career & Business Summit UK 2026 as the Official Education Partner, bringing a particular focus on education and professional development to the program.
Based in London, JEI Education & Work Services will, as part of the collaboration, identify and present confirmed opportunities in areas such as scholarships, courses, training, internships and paid employment.
The organizers also welcome Ensuida Këputa, founder and director of Empowered Women of Diaspora (EWD), as the summit’s adviser.
The organization she leads works in areas including women’s empowerment, support for young people and students, as well as professional and economic development.
Support for the community beyond professional development
Beyond opportunities for employment, education and professional development, the summit also aims to build connections for individuals and families who need community support.
In this context, Narrativa Shqiptare Ltd has reached a cooperation agreement with Albanian Cultural Association Northamptonshire (ACA), a registered charity in the United Kingdom led by Elona Latifi.
Under this cooperation, Narrativa Shqiptare Ltd will be able to identify individuals and families in need of support and, with their consent, refer them to ACA.
The organization will independently review the circumstances and needs of each case, assessing eligibility criteria and the support resources available to it.
An Umrah travel package adds a spiritual dimension to the summit
One of the special contributions to Albanian Career & Business Summit UK 2026 is an Umrah travel package donated by Sahra24 Umra for one person among the participants at the event. The package includes return airfare, a visa, accommodation and local transfers, according to the provider’s terms.
Founded in 2020 by Nazmi Kurti, with Isa Krasniqi as manager, Sahra24 Umra specializes in organizing Umrah trips for pilgrims from the Balkans and holders of European passports.
Its services include arranging flights, accommodation in Mecca and Medina, transportation and guidance during the pilgrimage.
Through this contribution, Sahra24 Umra supports the summit’s initiative to respond to the diverse interests of the Albanian community, offering an opportunity of special spiritual significance alongside the event’s focus on employment, education and professional development.
