Fier Police arrested singer Erind Xhaferi in the act following information received through operational channels concerning a suspected case of stalking and committing indecent acts against underage girls.

According to preliminary information, the suspicions against Xhaferi concern the stalking of several underage girls, who are believed to have been under surveillance and repeatedly followed.
The information is reported to have reached the Police operations room through a phone call made by the girls, prompting the Fier Police Station services to take action.
After receiving the notification, officers carried out field checks and took the necessary steps to document the case.
Police subsequently arrested the suspect in the act and escorted him to the premises of the Fier Local Police Directorate, where procedural actions were carried out.
According to preliminary data, he is suspected of the criminal offense provided for under Article 108 of the Criminal Code, “Indecent acts,” a provision concerning indecent sexual acts against minors.
Police and the Prosecutor’s Office are continuing their investigation to fully document the circumstances of the incident, while the procedural materials have been referred to the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Fier Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction for further action.
