LDK leader Lumir Abdixhiku said that specific candidates for the position of Kosovo’s next president were not discussed during his meeting with Albin Kurti.

He explained that, for the LDK, the priority is for the next president to be guided by values and convictions that defend the Republic of Kosovo.
Abdixhiku recalled that over the years the LDK has given Kosovo outstanding presidents and said the party aims to do the same this time as well.
According to him, the talks addressed various profiles, fields and professions, while specific names were not part of the discussion.
The LDK leader also stressed that no name has been mentioned so far, whether affiliated with a political party or not, as part of these discussions.
