The General Council of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo met today to discuss political developments in the country, the strengthening of the party’s organization and the proceedings in The Hague.

During the meeting, members approved the report on the work of the Alliance’s leadership, praising its engagement on the ground and the renewed momentum in consolidating the party structures.
A significant part of the discussions was devoted to the ruling expected to be announced tomorrow in The Hague concerning the four leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army.
AAK declared that it remains fully and unwaveringly convinced of the justice and purity of the KLA’s war.
“The Alliance considers that the purity of our war for freedom is indisputable and historically defended,” the General Council said in its statement.
The party expressed its expectation that the Special Court will issue an acquittal for the four KLA leaders, underscoring its faith in justice and their innocence.
