The 69th protest against the government led by Prime Minister Edi Rama concluded in Tirana with the call, “More tomorrow.”

The protesting citizens, who have been mobilized for 69 days, reiterated that Rama’s departure is a non-negotiable demand. They declared that the resistance would continue until they achieved their goal.

After the speeches in front of the Prime Minister’s Office ended, the participants marched through the streets of the capital. During the march, the slogans “Albania demands a revolution” and “The homeland is not for sale” were heard, while calls were also made for the arrest of Prime Minister Edi Rama and Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku.

The organizers announced that the protests would take place again in the coming days, while citizens said they were determined not to back down.

According to the protesters, the civic movement will not stop until the demands they have presented to the government are met.
