The Matura Exam will take place on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., the Ministry of Education and Science has announced.

A total of 5,033 candidates had applied through the eKosova platform. After reviewing and verifying the applications, 4,967 of them have been approved.
The testing process will take place in 55 centers across the country.
According to the Ministry of Education and Science, commissioners and administrators must arrive at the centers where they are assigned at least one hour before the exam begins, so that organization and conduct proceed properly.
Meanwhile, candidates must report to the testing center specified in the final lists and have the relevant identification document with them.
The ministry has appealed for full implementation of instructions and rules, with the aim that the exam be conducted in an orderly, safe and fair manner for all candidates.
