A 43-year-old man has been arrested in Thessaloniki, suspected of trying to strike his 9-year-old niece with a dog chain while they were in a park in the Kalamaria area.
According to police information, the incident took place on Thursday afternoon and was immediately reported to the authorities.

Following the complaint, officers from the Kalamaria Police Station arrested the 43-year-old, and criminal proceedings have been initiated against him. Meanwhile, authorities are continuing the investigation to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident.
