A 41-year-old man has been arrested in Vora after being caught carrying a firearm without a permit. He is reported to be Elton Andreica, also known by the surname Muça, who resisted police officers pursuing him when they stopped him.
During a pat-down, police found a pistol he was not licensed to carry. A bulletproof vest was also seized during a search of his home.

According to preliminary information, the 41-year-old has a criminal record and has previously been convicted of “Robbery with violence,” “Armed robbery” and “Illegal possession of a firearm.” He is also suspected of having resisted police officers in the past during operations to arrest him.
Meanwhile, the investigative team is looking into suspicions that he was involved in other illegal activities, particularly the sale of firearms.
Who is Elton Andreica?
It is reported that in May 2025, Elton Andreica, alias Muça, accidentally wounded himself at his home in the village of Marikaj, in Vora, with a firearm he was carrying without a permit.
He then fired several shots to stage an assassination attempt against himself. To prevent the incident from being discovered, the 41-year-old, who has two surnames, removed the DVR from a security camera near his home.
