The distribution of mandates secured through this mechanism shows that three seats were affected in the Alliance, two seats in the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), while the Serb List (LS) has one seat won through the gender quota.

The data highlight that the majority of women lawmakers were elected directly by citizens’ votes, while the gender quota served to ensure the additional representation of six women deputies.

The 34 percent share of women in the Assembly remains above the minimum threshold of 30 percent предусмотрен by the gender quota, reflecting an increase in women’s participation in parliamentary life.
