This Thursday, the protest by activists and citizens in Tirana marked its 40th day. As every afternoon, at around 7:30 p.m., participants initially gathered in Skanderbeg Square, where they continued chanting “Your end has come,” “New Albania,” “Edi Rama, traitor, don’t bargain with Albania,” “Edi Rama, face the people because they are coming,” “Rama, resign,” and “Albania demands revolution.”
After gathering in Skanderbeg Square, the protesters marched toward Dëshmorët e Kombit Boulevard and stopped in front of the Prime Minister’s Office. There, they continued chanting against the government and delivered speeches.
